Parallel Imaging Solutions Limited was founded in August 2021 by Brad Lawson and Dylan Pritchard. With over 30 years of clinical experience shared, we are radiographers with a shared passion: to provide dependable imaging support, delivered by people who understand the realities of clinical practice.
Having worked directly in busy imaging departments, we understand the pressures healthcare providers face, from staffing shortages and growing waiting lists to maintaining image quality and giving every patient the time and reassurance they need.
That experience continues to shape how we work today.
Experience behind every scan
We support NHS and independent healthcare providers with MRI and CT radiographers, additional scanning capacity and mobile scanner solutions. Our work includes extended opening hours, weekend lists, community diagnostic centre support and cover for short-term staffing pressures.
Our delivery experience includes supporting services at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals and Clatterbridge. Whether we are supporting an established department or helping bring additional capacity into operation, we work closely with local teams to understand their needs and fit into their service.
Our directors remain actively involved in clinical practice, keeping our decisions connected to the people delivering care and the patients receiving it.

Parallel Imaging Solutions is a CQC-registered diagnostic imaging provider and ISO 9001 certified. We are appointed to the Countess of Chester Radiology Capacity Management Solutions Framework and the NHS Wales Clinical, Surgical and Diagnostic Procedures Framework.
These credentials sit alongside our everyday commitment to safe practice, clinical governance and continuous improvement. We review how our services perform, listen to feedback and work with our partners to address concerns and improve delivery.
Growing access to diagnostic imaging
Alongside supporting healthcare providers, we are developing a clinician-led private MRI referral service to help patients access local diagnostic imaging and support clinicians in planning care.
As we grow, our approach remains the same: experienced people, dependable delivery and careful attention to every patient.
