Can a patient book an MRI directly?
A referring clinician leads this pathway. Patients should speak to their clinician about whether an MRI is appropriate. If you don't have a referral, contact us for guidance on the available routes; a clinical assessment may be needed before we can make a referral.
Which Clinicians Can Refer?
We welcome enquiries from physiotherapists, orthopaedic clinicians, chiropractors, osteopaths and GPs. We accept referrals based on the clinical indication, professional scope of practice, and our referral requirements.
Where are scans available and what do they cost?
Contact us to confirm current scanner locations, appointment availability and pricing. We confirm these details before arranging an appointment.
How quickly will the report be available?
We will confirm reporting times and any expedited options when we arrange the referral, depending on the package you select at the time of referral. The referring clinician receives the report for follow-up with the patient.
Can you transfer images to another provider?
Yes, we can. Please discuss image access and transfer requirements with our team when arranging the referral, including whether the receiving provider can transfer the IEP.
There may be an additional fee attributed to this service
What if the patient needs to cancel?
Contact the booking team as soon as possible. Applicable cancellation or missed appointment terms are available on our Cancellation Policy Here.
