Accessibility
Accessibility Statement.
Last updated: October 2026.
Parallel Imaging Solutions Limited is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as possible.
We aim to provide information that is clear, easy to understand and usable by people with a range of access needs.
Our approach
We aim to design and maintain our website so that users can:
- navigate the site using a keyboard where possible;
- enlarge text without losing important content or functionality;
- use browser zoom controls;
- access information using screen-reading software;
- understand page headings and structure;
- read text with appropriate colour contrast;
- access links and buttons with clear labels;
- use the website on desktop, tablet and mobile devices; and
- request information in an alternative format where reasonably required.
We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice and, where reasonably practicable, the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
Known limitations
Some areas of the website may not yet fully meet every accessibility standard.
These may include:
- third-party website components;
- embedded forms;
- externally provided booking or referral systems;
- some images or graphical content;
- older documents or downloadable files; and
- functionality provided by third-party suppliers.
We continue to review the website and will make reasonable improvements as we identify accessibility issues.

If you need information from this website in a different format, please contact us.
We will consider reasonable requests for information in formats such as:
- large print;
- simplified written information;

Accessibility of our Healthcare Services.
Accessibility is not limited to our website.
If you are referred to Parallel Imaging Solutions and require an adjustment to access our service safely or comfortably, please tell us when we contact you.
Reasonable adjustments may include, where appropriate:
- additional time to explain an examination;
- support with communication;
- assistance with appointment arrangements;
- support from a carer or companion;
- information provided in an alternative format; or
- consideration of other reasonable individual requirements.
The adjustments that can be offered may depend on the clinical examination, MRI safety requirements, the scanning environment and the facilities available at the relevant location.
We do not charge patients for reasonable adjustments.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you experience difficulty using our website or accessing information, please contact us.
It is helpful if you tell us:
- which page or content you were trying to access;
- what difficulty you experienced;
- which device or browser you were using, if relevant; and
- what adjustment or alternative format would assist you.
We will review accessibility concerns and make reasonable efforts to resolve them.
